How this website handles what you send through it. Your care itself is covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, and whether you agree to receive text messages. The form sends this to our team by email and keeps a copy in the website so we can follow up. Please don’t include health details: email isn’t a secure channel for medical information, and we’ll talk about your health on a call or in our secure portal.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you ask, to help you book a discovery call. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box, we may text you about scheduling or confirming a discovery call, webinar registrations and reminders, and event information. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and outside services

This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play. Booking happens on Healthie, supplements on Fullscript, wellness products on xosialX, and our newsletter is managed with Mailchimp; each has its own privacy policy.
